Holidays
Building Services on holidays will be as follows:
Cleaning
If cleaning is provided by Landlord, then routine cleaning will not be performed in your offices on the evening of a building holiday. If you wish for your offices to be cleaned on a holiday, contact the cleaning contractor, Alliance Maintenance at Kade LaForge at klaforge@alliance.us of the last business day prior to the holiday so that service can be scheduled. There will be an additional charge.
“Off Hour” Heating, Ventilation, and Air Cooling
All requests for after hours heating, ventilation and air conditioning must be submitted to the Building Management Office through Building Engines by 1:00 P.M. prior to the date of service, unless otherwise stipulated in your lease.
Please note that additional service requests may be billable. The rates for these services can be obtained through the Building Management Office.
The office will be closed in observance of the following holidays:
